Planning for the end of life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone.

Our team of caring end of life professionals is here to support you with compassion, clarity, and guidance. Whether you are planning for yourself, helping a loved one, or supporting clients, we provide personalized support, practical resources, and a calm presence every step of the way.

From advance care planning and legacy projects to grief support and resources for caregivers, we help make this process more manageable and meaningful. We also offer trainings, share helpful resources, and provide self guided options that you can use at your own pace or share with clients. Planning ahead doesn’t just prepare you for the future; it creates space to live more fully in the present.

Self Guided Packet

Our self guided end of life planning packet is designed for those who want to begin the planning process on their own or are not yet ready to work with a Navigator. It offers a gentle, supportive way to get started at your own pace.

The packet includes essential documents and thoughtful prompts to help you clarify your wishes, organize important information, and move forward with greater confidence. And if at any point you would like extra guidance or support, you can work with a Navigator to walk alongside you through the process.

Work with an End of Life Planning Navigator

An End of Life Planning Navigator supports individuals and families through the many layers of end of life planning with care, clarity, and compassion. Rather than facing complex decisions alone, clients are guided step by step by someone who understands both the practical and emotional aspects of this process.

A Navigator helps simplify topics that can feel overwhelming, such as advance care planning, legal and medical considerations, and personal wishes around care and legacy. They take time to listen, answer questions, and ensure each decision reflects what matters most to you. Navigators also help connect you with trusted resources and professionals, making sure nothing important is overlooked.

Working with a Navigator creates space for thoughtful conversations, reduces stress for loved ones, and brings peace of mind knowing your wishes are clearly understood and documented. Whether you are just beginning to think about end of life planning or are ready to take the next steps, a Navigator offers steady support, helping you move forward with confidence and care.
